In 1999, On Group joined forces with the Italian technology giant Olivetti, famous worldwide for pioneering its iconic technology since 1908. Olivetti, with their evolving, cutting edge solutions, was the perfect partner for On Group and complimented our vision for the future of banking technology and IT.
In 2002, On Group became the distributor for Olivetti technology in the Australian and Oceania markets.
The growth of On Group's overseas markets inspired a name change to On Group International.

On Group International now not only proudly supply IT and banking solutions to every major financial institution in the country, but in 2006 we extended operations into Asia with our own specialised keyboards and in 2012 secured the distribution rights to Panini hardware and software solutions in Asia.
On Group International is also meeting the crucial market need for secure information and communication solutions. In response to the rise of corporate and government security breaches, all organisations must rise to the challenge of protecting the security of the financials, customer records and other proprietary information. We are now actively meeting these needs by adding leading IT vendors to our portfolio.
In 2015 On Group Cyber was established as a business unit of On Group International to focus on the fundamental delivery of next generation technology.
